Ryan Flipse, PT
Clinical Director/Owner

TriCore Physical Therapy was founded by Ryan Flipse, PT.  He, his wife Lisa, and 4 children (Collin, Nolan, Maya and Addelyn) have been residents of Saint John, IN,  since 1999.  Ryan graduated from Midwestern University and completed his Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 1998.  From the moment he began his career, Ryan has followed a set of core values that have impacted how he treats his clients and employees. Ryan states, "Every person who walks through our doors has a life story and we now enter into that story.  I think one thing that sets us apart as a medical provider is we don't view our clients as someone merely having a painful or injured body part, they are a human being, with a body, soul and spirit.  If we only treat the body, we miss the great privilege of caring for the whole person, who has a life filled with successes, failures, hobbies, family, and a future, which we get to positively impact."

Ryan has been treating clients this way in NW Indiana and the Chicagoland region since he began his career. He has dedicated his time over those years training in many of the most effective manual therapy and treatment philosophies and techniques which he utilizes to assist his patients in fulfilling their goals and re-writing their stories.

Originally from Wisconsin, Ryan got his physical therapy start after being injured as a former college athlete. His physical therapist at that time had a significant influence on his life and continues to be a friend and peer, years later.  Away from the clinic, Ryan enjoys coaching his children's sports teams, golfing, travel and actively being involved in his church and community with his family.

She says, "I consider it a privilege being part of a team that daily is making a difference in people's lives.  I don't consider this a career, it is a passion.  The environment at TriCore sets the tone for helping our clients achieve their goals in a creative, challenging and fun way. People mention all the time that their experience at TriCore was first class.  I am proud to be a part of that."
